Meet the Team
Nova Children's Project has a highly skilled team who together have extensive experience of supporting children and young people with learning disabilities.
It was founded by our three Directors who oversee and manage the organisation. They are supported by a passionate and dedicated team of staff and volunteers.
All our clubs and playschemes are led by either the Project Manager, the Deputy Project Manager or one of our Coordinators.
Director & Project Manager
Natalie is responsible for the day-to-day running of Nova Children's Project, including team leadership, financial management and coordinating our clubs and playschemes.
As well as holding a degree in Management, Natalie is a qualified Speech and Language Therapist, previously supporting individuals with communication difficulties in the criminal justice system.
Director & Relief Deputy Project Manager

Fran is an Educational Psychologist and has significant experience of supporting children and young people with moderate, severe and profound learning disabilities.
