We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Project Workers to join our team. The role is on an 'as and when' basis with hours available during evenings, weekends and school holidays. You will be supporting children and young people whilst they attend our clubs, on a one-to-one or small group basis. The role includes facilitating a range of play-based activities, assisting with personal care and managing challenging behaviour.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year's relevant experience of working with children and young people with disabilities, including complex medical needs and challenging behaviour. You will have access to full training, support and supervision.
Due to regular contact with children and young people, this role is subject to an Enhanced Check with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
